Dear Friend of HAVEN,

As the holiday season approaches, we are preparing for one of the most meaningful events of the year—our annual Holiday Gift Giveaway for survivors of intimate partner violence and their children.

This special initiative offers more than just presents. It is an opportunity to restore dignity, create moments of joy, and remind survivors that they are not alone.

Unlike traditional holiday giveaways or “adopt-a-family” programs, Gift Giveaway empowers survivors who have utilized HAVEN’s services within the last 12 months to “shop” for free from hundreds of new items generously donated by caring community members. Volunteers accompany survivors and help them select special gifts for their children and themselves. It is truly a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Last season, thanks to the incredible support of community members like you, we were able to make the holidays brighter for 793 individuals receiving services from HAVEN—196 adults and 597 children.

Donate Gifts

We are collecting new, unwrapped gifts and gift cards. Our greatest needs are listed on the back of the letter.

You can also purchase items directly from our Amazon Wish List, and your order will be shipped directly to HAVEN. To avoid holiday shopping rushes and potential shipping delays, we recommend purchasing items as early as possible.
