Your sole remedy against HAVEN for dissatisfaction with Online Chat or any content thereon is to stop using Online Chat.
If any provision of this Policy is held to be unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect any of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Michigan. Any action arising from the use of Online Chat shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction and venue in the counties of Oakland or Wayne, Michigan.
